The Tallahassee Writers Association offers nourishment and opportunity to writers of all ages. TWA authors are always pleased to speak to students of all ages, so don’t hesitate to ask.

 

• College – Students from Florida State University, Florida A&M, and Tallahassee Community college attend some of our general meetings as guests. A few also become members of TWA. We offer full-time students greatly discounted rates to attend the annual writeres conference..

 

• Elementary School – TWA helps local schools stage Young Authors Conferences (YAC). These programs offer recognition to students who produce well-written stories.
